REGISTRATION
Registration forms will be processed in the order in which it is received. When you have selected your course(s) for the Spring 2013 session, mail the registration form with your payment as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. Fill out ONE REGISTRATION FORM per person. There will be a fee charged for all returned checks of insufficient funds. Additional forms may be picked up in the community education office, at walk in registration or downloaded below.
Because of the self-supporting nature this program, refunds cannot be made for any reason except for course cancellation. Fees for cancelled courses will be sent back to the registrant Your cancelled check is your receipt. Receipts for credit card transactions will be mailed upon request.

LATE REGISTRATIONS
Late registrations WILL be accepted for classes not closed. Late registrations can be made in the Community Education office located at the High School. Questions may be directed to 716-686-3262.

NO CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT
You will only be called if your class is cancelled, or to advise you of any changes.

CALENDAR
The Spring session begins the week of February 25, 2013. Evening classes will not be in session when school is closed for a holiday or snow day. Some evening classes may be postponed due to events that occur throughout the school district. These classes will be made up at the end of the term or may be switched to a different location.

SCHOOL CLOSING
When schools are closed before the day begins, all evening classes will also be cancelled without further notification. If inclement weather develops during a school day, the announcement to cancel evening classes will be made over WBEN and WGR radio stations between 4 and 6pm.

LAB FEES
Lab fees are paid, in cash, to the instructor the first night of class, do NOT include them with registration.
