·        Continue to promote increased student achievement K-12

·        Support the second year of implementation of the district’s bully proof partnership and Olweus anti-bullying program

·        Support the creation and implementation of a system of Student Learning Objectives (SLO’s) and Local Learning Objectives (LLO’s)

Communication

·        Continued visibility at district events and meetings

·        Continue to promote parent involvement and public participation

District Policy

·        Update Board Administrative Manual

·        Review district policies and procedures as they relate to student allergies

Financial

·        Manage five-year financial plan

·        Assist in moving $19.5 Million bond issue forward from planning and design to start of construction

·        Review organization of schools or boundaries

·        Continue discussions regarding shared services

·        Review operations of community education program

Labor Relations

·        Support the faculty and administration in implementing the NYSED 3012c law and newly negotiated APPR agreements
